We live in a world of magic and fantasies but we fail to remember and embrace this as we get older. We fail to pause and experience life instead of just moving through it. 

I ask on this day of reflection, are you experiencing life or just moving through it? Take a pause, take a beat and reflect. 

What aspects of you needs to die to allow the new butterfly to emerge? What pain do you need to surrender and let go to find freedom? What emotions and feelings are you suppressing that leaves you stuck in the quick sand? Allow all of it to come up in this moment of reflection; acknowledge it, reflect on the lesson - then take a deep breath in and let it go. See how that makes you feel and pause and reflect on that. 

Are you ready to let go or are you holding on to things, emotions, feelings, places, or people based on comfort? Even if is not good for you, do you hold on because it is what you are used to?

Now look at your life of 2022 as a movie. Reflect on all the good things and activate gratitude within. Then reflect on the things you need to let go to make room for 2023.

Then what goals do you want to set for 2023? How do you want your life to look?Where do you want to be? What do you want to accomplish? What do you want to feel? What do you want to learn? What aspects of you are you ready to embrace? 

Remember: you are the painter of your canvas. What life do you want to live and what magic art do you want to create? You are the creator, so create!
